Sales Engineer

This position provides professional pre-sales technical support to the sales team. The Sales Engineer (SE) interacts with new and existing customers to explain the technical aspects of Server Central’s products and services. The SE helps qualify sales opportunities, resolves all technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps customers define specifications and requirements, and provides technical presentations.

Director of Sales

ServerCentral is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee all elements of business development and sales for the company and its associated brands. This full-time position is being staffed in our Chicago loop office. The Director of Sales will oversee a team of Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Sales Support. Experience in the ISP, telecom, or hosting provider industries is required.
