- Customers who purchase half-cabinets will be assigned the top or bottom half of a full locking cabinet. SC will install an equipment shelf to separate customers.
- Customers with private cabinet space may be enrolled in the Datacenter security system for 24/7 access to the facility.
- A minimum 12-month service term applies to any private cabinet space or cross-connect. A cross-connect may be terminated early, however, a $500 fee will be charged.
- Cross-connects to Server Central are included with all private cabinet space.

- Additional bandwidth billed at Megabit Bandwidth Rate listed above, unless customer purchases an increased commit on the Sales Order.
- Service is billed on month-to-month commitment term.
- Pricing includes access to one remote reboot power port. If customer requires a second remote reboot port for a firewall device, one will be provided free of charge.
- Any server which requires an equipment shelf or firewall device must include the space for these items in the number of U required for the server (for example, a 2U server which requires an equipment shelf would be billed as a 3U server).
- Customers who require a redundant power supply feed will be billed an additional $30/month for this service.

Space
Colocated equipment is housed in a secure and climate controlled environment. Access to the facility is gated by a biometric hand scan system, and cabinets are secured with kinetic combination locks. Power and backup systems are completely redundant, and the facility provides ample cooling for dense server clusters.
Network
We run the largest private network in Chicago and actively maintain peering relationships with numerous eyeball networks. Your traffic is routed directly to customer networks about 80% of the time. The remaining 20% of traffic travels through one of our tier 1 transit providers.
Help
Our datacenter staff is always available to assist customers with troubleshooting equipment colocated in our facilities through our Remote Hands service. This includes single Incident-based Services as well as Prepaid Monthly Blocks for our customers who rely on our Datacenter staff on a more frequent basis.
