The standard rate for Remote Hands is $160/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, 24/7/365, except for the Flat Rate services listed below.

ServerCentral employs local datacenter technicians to perform hands-on work in its other datacenter facilities. If a customer reports trouble in one of our remote facilities, all efforts will be made by ServerCentral to troubleshoot with remote console access and remote reboot.
ServerCentral has IP Engineers and Senior System Administrators on call 24/7 to facilitate customer requests. Time for IP Engineers and Senior System Administrators is $300 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Reboots - Fee-based reboots apply only to equipment which can be clearly identified in a specific rack. Equipment which does not meet this criteria will be billed using standard time-based billing.
Quick Network Reconfiguration - Technicians must be provided with the proper login credentials, and the correct IP information in order to be eligible for Quick Network Reconfiguration pricing.
Password Recovery - Supported in Windows Server, FreeBSD, and Linux only.
