ServerCentral offers its colocation customers the opportunity to utilize our highly-skilled Datacenter Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair their equipment through our Remote Hands service. The standard rate for Remote Hands is $160/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, 24/7/365.
